Privacy Policy

1. Introduction
Welcome to Aliyah. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data, especially concerning the sensitive nature of educational records and minors.
2. Data We Collect
We collect information necessary to provide our B'nai Mitzvah tracking services, including tutor account details, parent contact information, and student progress data (such as audio recordings of practice verses).
3. Children's Privacy (COPPA)
Because our platform is used to track the progress of minors, we comply with COPPA requirements. Student accounts are created and managed by authorized tutors or educational directors with parental consent.
4. Data Retention
To mitigate storage costs and protect privacy, student audio recordings are subject to a strict 30-day retention policy (milestone recordings may be kept longer for progress review, but daily practice files are purged).
