By accessing or using the Aliyah platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Subscription and Billing

Aliyah operates on a SaaS model. Tutors and institutions agree to pay the monthly fees associated with their chosen tier. Institutional accounts are billed a platform fee plus a per-student fee.

3. User Responsibilities

Tutors and administrators are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary rights and consents to upload student data to the platform.
